vividly coloured Helophilus pendulus?

Hi,
Is this just extraordinarily coloured Helopihilus pendulus? It was rather small and at the first glance I was pretty sure that I have some neww species (I knew typical H. pendulus quite well). But now I cannot find any difference between this one and common H. pendulus other than colour and size.

Can anybody help?
