It's a female thus cannot be surely identified. Machimus cf. chrysitis

Just to add...the totally black thighs would make this M. fortis (very similar to M. chrysitis) according to Fauna Europaea a valid species, Engel (1930) regards it as synonym to chrysitis. Still have to find more recent literature....
