Can anyone suggest a genus for this ichneumon, please? Photo taken in Norfolk, England on 30 April.

While waiting for an expert, the strong transverse rugae on the mesoscutum suggests me a Rhyssinae or a Pseudorhyssa (Poemeniinae)...
