1 mm is extremely small, so this is either an error in your measurement or it is the first stage larva of a Tanytarsini. It is very difficult to identify your larvae. In northwestern Europe we seperate most Tanytarsus and Micropsectra larvae by the number of anal claws in each parapod, about 16 in Tanytarsus and usually more than 50 (up to 100) in Micropsectra. There is only one species of Micropsectra (M roseiventris) in our area with less claws. So it is best to study yours, but your appears as having only few claws (=Tanytarsus).
