This is no Dioctria but one of the subfamily Laphriinae. I think it is a Choerades species. Do you have more pictures?

You're welcome : ) I dont think it is C marginata, at least it doesn't look like it. You probably need a good Russian key . I used the one by Lehr 91 but didn't get a satisfying result....
