Small Syrphidae?

Hi,
can anyone help me identify these small fly?
I took the photo on 30.6.2007 Kokkola, Finland.
The plant is Utricularia vulgaris (common bladderwort)

Brachyopini, looks quite like Chrysosyrphus.

The following species of the Chrysosyrphus family are found in Finland:
Chrysosyrphus nasutus
Chrysosyrphus niger

It might be Orthonevra as well. Your picture isn't that good to decide this.

It's a male orthonevra sp. Not to say what species...
