Hi,
Does anybody know what this is?
I often see these on top of straw bales in the morning.
I take the photo on 13 March 2014 Kokkola, Finland.
Size 7mm.

Not Diptera, I think it is the larve of a Microlepidoptera fam. Psychidae

There are even some case-building Coleoptera (Chrysomelidae). Wink
