not sure. It is Tipula but it is hard to tell the number and position of the anal papillae. Try to identify it using Theowald (1967) which can be downloaded from http://nlbif.eti....,_1967.pdf Your larvae appears to have only anal papillae above the anal opening and the color pattern of the anal lobes may also help.
