Two years ago I found these rather odd flies walking over some chopped trees in Kanal, Slovenia.
I coudn't indentify them at first but now I think that I found the correct species name. Is Callopistromyia annulipes the right ID? The species occurs to be quite a recent addition to Europe's fauna, so is this species already know from Slovenia?
