Anthomyiidae. Help, please!

Turkey, Side, on horse dung, 25 Mar, 5mm.
This fly is very common on any kind of dung and also high in mountan, also in cold weather. All flies are female.
Somebody has to know the genus! Help, please!

Looks like a rather typical female anthomyiid. The long, this anal vein is well visible on the left wing in the first photo. We're out of luck with this one, I'm afraid.

This sad situation reminds that of, for example, Polietes: on the dung you can find only females, males meanwhile get sunbath on tree bark.
But males of this Anthomyiidae spend time God knows where!
