Hairy Dolichopus?

Hi,

Here is a picture of an hairy Dolichopodidae. Could that be a Dolichopus?

Male Dolichopus. The swollen costa is a secondary sexual character in many Dolichopodidae. I think the femora are "yellow" (but dark) rather than "black" if you try to key it. It resembles ungulatus except for the long, black hairs under the hind femur.
