Taken in Gijon Botanical Gardens on October the 13rd. Phaonia valida??? Thanks for any help!

I think it is a female Phaonia rufipalpis : in the valida group (valida, errans, tugriorum, scutellata), the scutellum has reddish apex and crossveins are darkened). The prealar should be very short in this species (seems to be visiblee on the last picture).
