And what about Neomyia viridescens (Muscidae)? It has similar venation to Lucilia and only the two acrosticals close to the scutellum (I believe Lucilia has at least two rows of ac). And four dc, which also fits.

Just a thought Wink but it was what striked me at first sight of the fly.
