Anthomyiidae (?) with strange wing venation

Hi, is this an Agromyzidae ? If so, what are those strange breaks on vein R2+3 ? Are they typical for some species or is this some kind of aberration ? 3.-11.6.2012 Sodankylä, Finland and with a malaise trap.

It is not Agromyzidae.

Thank You Milos. That was in my mind too. I just couldn't figure anything else Sad So, maybe we have a very small Anthomyidae with strange venation...
