[Sapromyza halidayi] Sapromyza ?

This photography was shot in August, in Brittany (in the W. of France). It looks like a Sapromyza, but I am not sure of this. There is a red pattern on the abdomen. Is it possible to give a name to this fly ?

With the darkened tip of the fore femora I think it is Sapromyza halidayi.
