Maybe genus ID possible? Pictures see: http://waarneming...w/71461188 Collected today in Yerseke, the Netherlands by sweeping Phragmites australis.

Looks like Leptocera sp. You better send the specimen for a species ID as too often leg chaetotaxy is required for ID and that is very complicated to make good pictures.
