 Phaonia for ID, N Spain --> Phaonia pallida

I am (nearly) sure I got it right this time  and I do see the Phaonia bristle. Is it a female Phaonia pallida then?? Thanks for confirmation or correct ID  Taken in a clearing in decidous forest in N Spain on September the 23rd.
