September 20, 2012, Morogoro, Ngerengere river. On human faeces. Size 4mm. Subject changed to Platystomatidae instead of Tephritidae. Platystomatidae: possibly Rivellia or very close; no Hendel (1914) at hands right now.

Many thanks Valery. Frey (1932) quotes only 2 spp. of Rivellia with reddish-yellow thorax, viz. major and unifascia, that fly seems to be different from both.
