Small black muscid?

I photographed this smallish (appr. 7-8 mm) fly today at Leerdam, Netherlands on a tree trunk in a small forested area near the river Linge.
It looks like a muscid fly to me, but furthermore I have no idea.
I would be very grateful for any help with its identification.

Could well be a male Anthomyiid. Maybe someone else will know.

Thanks, Gabor. I wondered about Anthomyiidae, and if it perhaps could be Hylemyza?
