This Sciomyzidae was on a (not for entomological use) glue trap, but I thought maybe someone might know the genus, although the colours aren't well visible anymore. It's about 3,5 mm and caught in the Netherlands. Can someone help?

Thanks Paul. It looks ok, I'll check if there are some similar species.
