 A second Tabanus species from Bulgaria (2012)

As indicated in my previous posting I photographed three different Tabanus collections on my most recent visit to Bulgaria, I think three different species. I have the specimens of all of these.This is the second specimen as photographed on 6 Aug 2012 above Dumrovitse fish farm. Many thanks Theo. The length (from front of head to tip of abdomen is 17mm, wing length from point of insertion to tip is 14mm, Is this sufficient or would it help if I take a photograph of the specimen with a ruler beside it? Many thanks again Best wishes Alan |
