found at the same spot in Hertfordshire as Nowickia ferox. Could this be Linnaemya vulpina

many thanks. No heath around, grassy meadow beside a conifer plantation. It was on the same spot the following day right beside the conifers. (exact location and better pics on ispot, showing eyes with pale hairs low down) |
