Hi Nikittokkk Probably Tipula paludosa or Tipula oleracea. Paludosa has 14 antenna segments. Oleracea has 13 antenna segments. It seems that there is not sure oleracea observation from Moscow region: http://nlbif.eti.uva.nl/ccw/documents/Pilipenko,_2009a.pdf So then maybe Tipula paludosa.
