 Is it possible to tell family and genus of this 2-3 mm fly?
Photos from 3 august 2012 Nattsjön 62, E 17 Ångermanland, Sweden.

 I do not think this is a Drosophilid (I can only make out a single costal break)

But, I'm afraid i don't know what it is. I look forward to someone with more knowledge explaining why I'm wrong!
