Female Tephritidae from N Spain to ID, please -> Urophora terebrans

Hi, everybody! I'm here with another Tephritidae, found in the mountains of N Spain, at about 1100 m on a kind of thistle (I think it can be Cirsium eriophorum, just in case this helps), on July the 29th. It was in the company of another Tephritidae, looking quite different but I suspect it can be the mate of this dainty lady. I'll upload it too but in a different thread, to avoid mixing up species if they are not the same.Thanks in advance for any help!
