It looks like female Dolichopodinae. I don't see the Dolichopus bristles. Some unusual features to watch for when comparing images are short first tarsomere of hind leg, black border around thorax, and dark tip of hind femur. |

Perhaps a darkish marking near the notopleural area? Then possibly Poecilobothrus.
