Hemerodromiinae (Empididae s. str.). Fore coxa at least 2/3 as long as femur, widely separated from mid coxa, with fore femur usually swollen (possibly always swollen in Europe). |

Hello John, Thank you for your reaction! In diptera gallery is one Hemerodromia cf laudatoria, it looks like this one. Could it be a Hemerodromia laudatoria..? Regards, Hedy |

Hemerodromia sp. is most likely and probably as far as you can get with this female.
