Could be Paragus sp.?
Galicia, NW Spain. In Foeniculum vulgare. July 2006. Size 4mm.

Hi Carnota,

Yes this is a Paragus, but you'll need to have a look at the genitalia in order to be able to identify the species, though P. bicolor, would be an educated guess...
