Dolichopodidae - Neurigona quadrifasciata

Mostly in silhouette but I think this is a female of the very long legged dolichopodid N. fasciata with 4 obvious dark bands on the abdomen. It also astounded me by taking off as I tried to get a flash photo, reacting to the preflash and cleared frame before the shutter clicked.
