This appears to be Usia pubera Strobl, and this is also the most likely species. However, there are old reports of U. florea from Sicily (it is the TL of U. cuprea, a synonym of florea). Although I believe this to be an error because from all other evidence U. florea appears to be a Mahgreb endemic, I cannot entirely rule out this species from your photo. |
