Do you see that in the bottom right corner?
It looks like a tiny beetle to me...
Can anyone help me with identifying it?
I found it in northern Germany, lower Saxony,
under a stone in the Garden

Thanks a lot!
I would have never thought of Collembola,
because the only species I have ever seen of them are rather
colored grey/green or brown...
This one looks great with its white dots on black ground.
And now I know why I was unable to find it, when I wanted to take a second, more focused, picture.. it probably just jumped away! Smile

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
