Hi,
Is that Chloropidae a Tricimba cincta ?
# 2 mm, on Hemerocallis leaf, Center of France (april 2012) ?
It's thr firdt I saw with both mesonotum and scutellum black.

Not a chloropid this time. Looks more like a scathophagid like Parallelomma.
