 Found on snow in Bodø, northern Norway (date 13.04.12). Size approx. 4 mm.

Possible to tell genus? I think this is Pherbellia from comparing to the gallery.

 Thank you. Was not expecting species ID, is it the wing markings that is distinctive? I don't have any descriptions of Pherbellia species...
