I've used the key to the central European Muscidae to get to Lispocephala alma (male)... Last year at the same time I photographed a female, it was identified to Lispocephala sp. alma-group in this forum, so I think this too should be Lispocephala (but maybe it's not possible to confirm as L. alma from photos?). Photographed outside my apartment in Bodø, northern Norway. Date 30.03.2012. Forgot to mention size, it is approx. 3-4 mm. Third, close-up of fore-tarsi. Is it only alma males that have white base of the last tarsi-segment??? I'm not too familiar with the keys, may easily make a mistake on some charachters... Geir79 attached the following image: ![]() [66.28Kb] |
