 Yesterday I saw this Psychodidae in the malaisetrap in Yerseke, the Netherlands. There is a darker stripe over the scutum. Any ideas? Pictures: http://waarneming...w/64078850

 Colouration and thoracal characters are not used much in Psychodid taxonomy. Wing shape suggests Psychoda, but without better pictures of the terminalia and/or the antennae I can't say anything for certain.
