Tachinidae_Sturmia cf. bella(female) is correct? Region Malá Fatra Terchová about 600 m above sea level. Thank you very much for your help. I made a photo of 05.08.2011.

No - your fly has hairy eyes and doesn't really look enough like Sturmia. I am thinking Macquartia
