Large numbers of 4mm males of this species on fence posts in damp areas of Bookham Common (Broadleaved Woodland, Clay) yesterday 10.iii.2012. I have keyed them out as Lauxaniidae, but may well have made an error somewhere along the line. Is it possible to say if I am in the right family. Any id help appreciated. Thanks Ruud, stupid mistake, I did not check all the key characters thoroughly. M. |

Now I make it Anthomyiidae, so I am much happier with that. Thanks, M. |
