A rather dully coloured fly from last year. I think it's a tipulid, but my history should indicate that this doesn't mean much... Bosham, West Sussex. Tipulidae sensu lato. Because you are in Europe, the continent of splitters, it is probably Limoniidae instead. Note the short palps and large number of antenna segments. |
