 Anthomyiidae_Hydrophoria silvicola(female) is correct? Region Malá Fatra Terchová about 600 m above sea level. Thank you very much for your help. I made a photo of 29.07.2011.

 I think H. lancifer (or H. diabata). Long pre-alar and pale tibiae rule out female silvicola.
