Tachinidae_Meigenia majuscula(male) is correct? Region Malá Fatra Terchová about 600 m above sea level. Thank you very much for your help. I made a photo of 26.07.2011.

No, not Meigenia (apical scutellars are not raised) but it could be Macquartia ... I think that it is the same as your "Brachicoma devia".
