I think this is Agromyzidae. Maybe someone can narrow down the ID? 25-02-2012, Kruiningen, the Netherlands. From moist grassland.

Thanks Paul. At first sight, I thought about Sphaeroceridae, but I've never seen one with orange legs and face. Maybe I can send it to you for ID?

BTW: The other two specimens in the same tube were Copromyza stercoraria females, that suffered the same fate.
