 A cooperative one taken today by pine woods. Hope enough can be seen to get at least the genus (and I hope I got it right this time Grin )

 Bit confusing...
It could be a Delia...or Lasiomma (what i think)
I have doubt if the eyes are haired ...or not.
Maybe a crop of the head will help.
