Thanks, Cranefly!! TumbsUp What do I need to get the species? I think this might be Parydra coarctata, but I would like knowing the features I need to photograph for a positive ID Wink

You are to make photo of a wing dorsally to see the short fork of vein. Wink It looks to me like P.coarctata too, but it is better to be sure completelySmile. And to measure size of the fly (mm)

Thanks a bunch, Cranefly! TumbsUp It will remain Parydra sp. this time Wink The only pictures I have showing venation are completely out of focus.

I didn't concentrate on this one as I was shooting a swarm of Lispe tentaculata and this one appeared in the middle of the set. Obviosly it was mixed in the swarm of Lispe. I didn't even know what I was shooting Grin awkward

But I know what I have to do now Wink Hope to get it right next time Smile

I will try to fix the messages this month. We have to make some other configuration changes before software goes out of support at end of year.
