Based on Chvála's (1996) key I'd say you are right.

Thanks, that is the key I have used, seems to be a rare species. The location (64° 34' 10'', 16° 21' 37'' are far from known localities for the specis and the genitalia doesn't exact match the drawing in Chvala. |

I cannot really interpret the structure of the genitalia from the pictures and my copy of Chvála's book is at the office so I cannot compare anyway.
