 Anthomyiidae_Pegomya geniculata(female) is correct? Region Malá Fatra Terchová about 600 m above sea level. Thank you very much for your help. I made a photo of 26.06.2011.

 Pegomya yes, and I think P. geniculata is a good possibilty.
