Anyone know these little cuties? From midwest Sweden 2006-OCT-13.

Close-up ... Forgot to mention they were dead, stuck on cob web. Size about 2-3 mm, I think.

Almost certainly a pemphigid aphid. Several familes of aphid have alates that produce fluffy wax. These look most like one of the Pemphigidae.

Thank you Tony. There are 38 species of this family in Sweden ... and in England (Delta-intkey).
