Hi! Someone on the forum know if Rhynchomyia columbina is considered a synonym of impavida? I have a specimen sampled in 1880 from Barcelona (at Museu de Cičncies Naturals de Barcelona), and both species are recorded from Spain.

According to Fauna Europaea they have not been synonymised. R. impavida has not yet been recorded from Spain according to Fauna Europaea, though.

Thanks Paul.
You're right, impavida has not yet been recorded from Spain. How can differentiate columbina of impavida?

I will try to fix the messages this month. We have to make some other configuration changes before software goes out of support at end of year.
