What cecidomyiid?

The cecidomyiid fly on the picture is a quite big specimen for the family it belongs to, about 4.5-5 mm long. It occurred in cereal crops, maybe its larvae eat aphids? What genus it could be?

Hi Sergey.
It is Sciaridae, larvas are saprophagous.
