I’ve found this species on highbush blueberry plants in late May (central Poland).

Firstly I thought it is a Cecidomyiidae, in Poland many of them are observed as a highbush blueberry pests, but after a while I see, it probably is Sciaridae. |

I think you were right first time. The wing venation doesn't have the typical Sciarid fork, and the tibiae have no apical spurs. |

Also, the first tarsomere is much shorter than the second. |
