Is this Eremoides bicristatus?

I ask because, with an overlapping range and an obvious reason to gain that specific epiphet, it's unmissable.

Seasonally cut grass, Chongwe District, Lusaka, Zambia.

And a possible female, which matches the only image I could find that even claimed to be Eremoides bicristatus. Could be a different species, but there don't seem to be many in the region (according to Neuroweb)
